  • 2 cups Panko crumbs

  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork chops in buttermilk within a large ziptop bag for at least 2 hours (up to 24 hours for best results).
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Panko crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Remove pork from marinade and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  5. Coat each chop in the Panko mixture until evenly covered.
