  • 2 cups of seafood stock
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk
  • 1 pound of lump crab meat
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and celery; sauté until softened (5–7 minutes). Stir in minced garlic.
  2. Add smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, thyme, and rosemary; stir until fragrant.
  3. Incorporate corn into the mixture.
  4. Pour in seafood stock and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gradually add heavy cream and whole milk; stir until combined.
  6. Gently fold in lump crab meat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
