Instructions

  2. Ice Bath: Prepare an ice bath with water and ice. Transfer boiled eggs to the ice bath for about 30 seconds to cool.
  3. Crack and Peel: Tap each egg gently to crack the shell, then peel under cool running water.
  4. Make the Filling: In a bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, tomato paste, hot sauce, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
