Ingredients
- 20 large jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups fresh or thawed spinach
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and arrange them seam-side up.
