  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
