  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 & 1/3 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 & 1/3 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour to create a roux and cook for about one minute.
  2. Gradually whisk in the beer and milk, stirring until thickened (about five minutes).
  3. Add in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and onion powder.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
