Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing cold butter cubes with flour and salt in a food processor until crumbly. Add ice water until shaggy crumbles form.
  2. Shape into discs, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  3. Roll out the dough to fit your pie dish and par-bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
