  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Make a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil; mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl; cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
  5. Prepare fillings while dough rises by mixing meats, cheese, veggies, garlic powder, and oregano.
  6. Punch down dough; divide into six portions and roll into circles.
  7. Fill one half of each circle with filling; fold over and crimp edges with a fork.
  8. Brush tops with egg wash before air frying at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
