- ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
- Make a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil; mix until dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl; cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
- Prepare fillings while dough rises by mixing meats, cheese, veggies, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Punch down dough; divide into six portions and roll into circles.
- Fill one half of each circle with filling; fold over and crimp edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with egg wash before air frying at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
